  1. I'm still looking for a cure for my restless legs, but the one thing I keep coming up with  during my research is that anti-histamines and some anti-depressants really exacerbate the problem.  Also, some birth control pills make it worse (Yaz kept me up for the entire night after about the 2nd day I started taking it). I quit the Yaz, but still am suffering with RLS as I had before.  I would not take an antihistamine (such as is contained in Tylenol PM, Benadryl, Phenegren, or Dramamine).  Most anti-nausea drugs are basically an antihistamine, and most of the "PM" sleep aids contain an antihistamine as their active ingredient for making you sleepy.  One time, I had the flu (vomiting), so I was taking Phenegran (anti-nausea drug) to combat the nausea.  Well, I didn't barf, but my legs went into overdrive and I couldn't get to sleep to save my life.  These are just some of the things I've found that I really need avoid, but that may not be the case for everyone (rls.com seems to concur, though).  Good luck - it's a pretty sucky disease. :-(
