Any home remedies for an equine sarcoid?

please help me. i am 16 years old and my mother refuses to have anything done about.. since the vet said its not hurting him.

the sarcoid has just recently started getting bigger and bigger... and the reins make it bleed every time i ride.

i need a solution, and i need to be told where i can get the remedy.

You're going to laugh, but somewhere I heard, many years ago, that Preparation H can help...no kidding!  That may just be for certain types and maybe after they have been burned or disrupted in some way, and the Prep H probably just helps to heal after the fact, I dunno, but when I heard it, it was told to me to be a fact.

here are some web sites for I am dealing with something similar that I think are sarcoids but my vet who seems useless says it is allergies but I strongly disagree.  I am trying regulaur crest which from chat rooms I have heard work and it is cheap.  It does take time but will dry it out ans supposably fall off it is worth a try in my eyes.  I will post some sites I found informative.

Sarcoids are treated with a chemotherapy product called XTerra....

I'd suggest that you Google "treating equine sarcoids" for additional information...depending on the sarcoids location they can become quite serious.  Your vet did not do you any favors; many sarcoids can increase in size until they can become a considerable problem.

Sarcoids are thought to have come from a bovine virus.

You may be tempted to try a little off label remedy on your horse to treat sarcoids...I would not recommend it!!
