Any home remedies for nausea

I don't have any nausea medication but I'm feeling nauseous....any home remedies that can calm my stomach down? Thanks..

If you are comfortable with smoking, try Marijuana. If you don't want to smoke it you could always make it into tea or food. I have personally have had terrible Flu's where I was was vomiting 4+ times a day, then I smoke a little marijuana and all nausea is gone.

unless you are pregnant, try to make yourself throw up.  sorry but, this works for me...if you are pregnant then, you should eat a healthy snack. that will help.

marijuana is the best nausea medication.  people with vomiting disorders and throw up 15 times a day have been perscribed marijuana by competent doctors who understand its beneficial use.  they report that it is the only medication that helps, and it can totally releive them of nausea.  it has a calming effect on the nervous system, and this is what causes it to releive nausea.  you can eat it, or you can put it in tea, or smoke it.

I always rely on ginger to make my nausea go away.  You can buy it in capsule form

Ginger tea works very well, also cinnamon and glove tea, sparkling mineral water also helps calm your stomach.  Put Peppermint oil in pot of hot water and breathe deeply over the pot will help too. There is also an accupressure point on your forearm 3 finger widths above your wrist between the two tendons in your left forearm. Apply moderate pressure with your right thumb for 5 minutes.
