Any home remedies or over the counter stuff I can take for post nasal drip?

Does anyone out there have post nasal drip? What do you use to clear it up?

I am constantly clearing my throat and it's pretty annoying.

Neti Pot or saline, both of which you can get at the drugstore.

Nasonex spray can help - not sure if it is prescription only.

Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure for pnd.

The throat clearing isn't so bad, it's when you are in a shop and a large drip has "gone down the wrong way" - you start choking and coughing and everyone either stares at you or edges away in case you have the plague!
