my mom and i want to know of any hookah bars in Los Angeles that dont card. i am underage but really want to go for my birthday. (:

Let me just say I hope not.

Hookah bars/lounges caught with minors smoking in them, have the same thing in common, they aren't around anymore, the owners are fined, and usually incarcerated.

Seen a lot of good lounges get toast because the lounge got sloppy but the TABC didn't!

im underage too but i went with my cousin who is 23 and i wasnt restricted or anything. you just need to be with someone who is of age. i went to one in LA but i cant remember the name. heres another one i found:
