It needs to be activities where kids (ages 8-15) can learn each other's names !!!

Please, nothing with writing stuff down or extra supplies.

  1. Adapted from Education World:

Have kids sit in a circle, and have an extra roll of toilet paper on hand! Tell them you're going to pass around the roll, and they must "take as much as you need to complete the job." Don't tell them what the job is though! After everyone has had a good laugh over the amount of paper they took, explain that for every square of toilet paper ripped off, they must tell everyone one thing about themselves. The last square must be their name!  The kids really love it!

  2. Activity : Question & Answer.

    Teacher ask questions.

Question can comes out like: (kids answer saying the names)

    1. Who has black hair?

    2. Who wear red hair ribboned?

    3. Who likes to eat sandwiches?

    4. Whose school bag is grenn color?

  3. Make everyone get in a circle and have a ball (beach ball, dodge ball, whatever) and make the kids toss it to another kid. Whoever catches the ball has to quickly say their name and their favorite whatever you choose. Like for example:

Johnny throws the ball to Tom. Tom says "My name is Tom and my favorite food is pizza." and then they toss it to another kid. =)

  4. When I taught middle school, they loved The Name Game.

The first person says his own name.

The second person says the first person's name and then his own name.

The third person says the first person's, the second person's, and then his own.

    Etc, etc, etc....

  5. I rember this really fun game from 2nd or 3rd grade! (Don't worry, it's not cheesy!) Okay, here's whatcha gotta do:

    1. Pass out index cards.

    2. Explain that they need to write their names on it and             decorate  it.

    3. Tell them to put them face down on a table

    4. Shuffle them around the table

    5. Have every child choose a card

    6. When everyone is done, have them find the person whose name is one the card and write 4 details about them, 3 true , 1 fiction

    7. Then have the child stand in front and tell every detail, then have the kids guess which isn't true.

    8. Have the child who gave the details tell which isn't true and tell about the ones that are true.

    9. Repeat until everyone's done!
