Any idea how do do my hair like this?

I'm having a costume party and I want my hair to look like the models. Any idea how do it? Btw my hair is wavy and about to my elbow, no to mention VERY thick.

straightin it and put in to pig tails and get a clip for each one to clip it up so it falls over and stands up kinda like that then curl it

First of all, you want to take your bangs and put them in a tie so they won't be in your way when you do the rest of your hair. Next, you will wet the rest of your hair (don't drench it). Then, you will take your hands and scrunch your hair (don't put anything in it yet). After you are done scrunching it while it is wet you will need to take mousee and apply it to your hair, but your going to want to scrunch it in. After you are done with that you will want to take both of your hands and place them under your hair on both sides of your head and push it up. Have someone spray a lot of hairspray (perferably RAVE hairspray. it holds for a long time). Spray it all around your head until it is hard and then you are going to want to take your bangs out of the tie and then curl them into that C shape you see on the girl with the coustume in your picture.

And wal-lah! You are done. All you need then is to apply make-up and have a great time at the party.
