Any idea how to be a process server in MA? There is a guy offering a course for $600, which I cannot afford.?

I am willing to work for free, as an apprentice or something. I have contacted over a dozen "agencies" and attorneys who do not return my calls or emails.

  1. Please see the below link for a list of requirements to become a process server by state:

    You may also want to check with your local county. Mass still uses constables and there may be some papers that you cannot serve as a constable. I would also contact the folks who are listed on the following link to see if they need assistance:
