Any idea how to stop junk mail through webhosting userform?

Question

I have a userform on my Yahoo website for visitors to send in contact info and comments or order something. However, it seems it has been hijacked by junk mail and porno sites. Are these computer generated programs that fill out the info on my site? Can I reformat my userform or is it just better to remove it? Any suggestions welcome. Many thanks.
