  1. use a salt water rinse and use mouthwash to soak your toothbrush in other then rest it has to take its course I hope you will feel better soon

  2. Quality Essential Oils are wonderful as well, Enichenacea throat spray is wonderful. I use it at the onset but I wouldn't hesitate to try. Also your Thymus Gland is approx. in the middle of your breast bone. It's color it's healing color is green. Tap on this spot and multiple times and regularly with the mental picture and intention of your throat feeling better.

Breathe is our life force, healing energy. When we're sick we don't take in that breathe and it can prolong our sickness. Maybe during the body tapping you can do a deep breathing technique. Inhale cool blue and exhale out of your mouth the heat and red you sense in your throat.

The throat is related to expression, anything going on there that you need to take care of? It balances with the 2nd chakra, anything you need to work through there? Acute illness may mean something immediate has occured and you only have to take care of what's lingering anf your dis-ease will pass. Good Luck.

  3. Not exactly pleasant, but it works!

Gargle with an antiseptic mouthwash.  Gargle several, several times a day.

The strep, which lives and thrives in the throat, will not be able to live under these antiseptic conditions conditions.

A friend of mine was told this by her doctor after repeat bouts of strep in her whole family.  She was even told to swab her baby's throat, gently and carefully, with a Q-tip to kill the strep.  Not an easy or pleasant feat!  SHe also was told to throw out her toothbrushes and purchase the multi packs to use as disposable, changing to a new one daily.  And to use her dishwasher or add a little chlorine bleach to her dish water.

This worked so well for her that she treated her femily without Dr's care several times over the years, this way.

But...keep in mind that Strep throat CAN turn in to Scarlet Fever.  A rash is often present with this, but not always.  So I don't suggest NOT going to the Dr...especially with children.

Strep can live quite comfortably outside of the body for a time, so careful what you touch, wash your hands frequently and do not share!  :)

    Hope you feel better soon!
