Any idea what Girl Scout badge is rectangular with a red setting sun, a black whale, and a grey dolphin?

I found it at the local council shop but I can’t find it in the badge book. It is an Interest Project Patch.

It's not a current national GSUSA Interest Project Award.  What Council are you in?  Several have created Council's Own awards at various levels, maybe it's one of those.  I looked at several oceanography/sea life/etc. Council's Own IPA's, but none sound quite like that.  It might show up on your Council's website.

    Also, are you sure it was an IPA and not just a participation patch?
