Any idea what this bug is?

I found this bug in my garden today (in Spain) & thought it was really strange so was wondering if anyone knows what it is or how I can find out easily?

It looks like a catepillar but it doesn't have any legs. It kinda reminds me of a mini dinosaur.

looks like a creature that is known as a silverfish, but it s missing the antenae, so i'm not so sure. Also scanned images of centipedes, also no joy.

If it doesn't move around too much, it might be a pupa.
