Any idea whats wrong with me?

Question

Symptoms are:

blocked feeling in throat,

feels like a lump in my throat

swallowing mucus at the back of my throat - impossible to cough up

can definitly feel mucus at the back of my throat and its driving me nuts.

A horrible taste in my mouth when i swallow- yuck!

I have been struggling a lot with my health anxiety lately but i am going to the dctors tommorow to get it checked. Does it sound like post nasal drip ?

I am also going to get checked for asthma whilst im there as i am struggling to breath after exercising and my mouth fills with mucus. Any advice would be great

sounds like a throat infection....Get that checked out

Hi Tash,

Sounds more like an RTI (respiratory tract infection) and laryngitis. Don't feel any anxiety regarding your health as a course of antibiotic will surely cure all your problems. Visit an ENT specialist at the earliest.
