Check out the link from car-seat.org.  It looks like it is coming to Canada by the end of the month!

I sadly only have the same info as previous poster KAK, so she deserves the credit, she beat me to it! :)

Graco says it should be in Walmart by the end of July:

Here is the reply I received from Graco Canada about my inquiry:

Thank you for taking the time to e-mail your inquiry. After some research I found that there will be indeed a Graco Nautilus in Canada. It will most probably be available in WalMart by the end of the month. I hope this answers your question.
