Meh... I'm 5'11 and wear size 12 shoes. Is it possible to find figure ice skates in a 12? I've looked on search engines and haven't been able to find any. Thanks.

  1. I have a couple of places you can check  and probably find a pair,

First try the ice rinks and see if they can sell their rental skates or special order them for you, if no success there

then, try this  site usaskates.com,,  the riddell  company makes larger sizes

  2. Get your skates custom made, I have extremely small heels so I had to do it.

I got super teri deluxe with triple a heel, and phantom blades. It was bout 1000 dollars.

  3. If you go to a real skate shop - a real pro shop, where figure skaters buy their skates - the skate pro there should be able to help you. He'll have to order them directly from the manufacturer, but they are available. He'll also measure your feet, because skate sizing is different, depending on the manufacturer. If your street shoe size is a 12, your size in Reidells could be a 10, in Harlick could be an 11.5, etc.

To find a good pro shop, ask one of the coaches at your local ice rink, or call that rink's skating school director.

  4. academy sports.my brother wears a size 13 and he found that size there!
