Any ideas about an essay about responsible?

I'm in 6th grade and i have an essay about safety patrol and they wanna know about Safety , Respectful and Responsible and i'm kinda stuck on responsible and don't know what to write and it s due tomorrow( and we just got it today) but yeah i help my grandma babysit my cousin and little brother but other than that i have no clue.

Don't blame things onto others when you know it's your fault.  Take responsibility for your actions.

Responsible...that means being able to do you own actions, and saying that you did them...well, that's not a clear answer. Being responsible is being able to speak for yourself and not rely on others. Someone who is responsible is someone you can trust and rely on. Think about it, if you wanted someone to run an errand for you, would you a) choose someone who would put it off and do it later or b) someone who will do it right away and not forget

b) is what most would choose, and person b) would be described as a responsible and reliable person.
