Any ideas about how to hang a baby swing with no trees? ?

You could build a frame out of wood to hang it on.

Sturdy A frame, either metal or wood.

Do you have a sturdy porch?  Hang from the 4x4.

Do you have a deck or patio?... You could use that to hang the swing. Or, buy two strong poles (metal preferrably) that you can put in your backyard. Dig 2 holes in the ground, place the poles in them, and cover with cement that you mixed with water. Wait until it settles, than let your baby enjoy the swing!

You can buy a metal structure to hang it on -- or if you (or someone you know) is crafty enough, build a wooden pole structure to hang it on.

You can buy supplies at Lowe's or Home Depot for cheap (you'd just need a few boards).

Or ditch the whole idea and just buy your baby a used swing set instead. If you look on Craigslist.org or your local newspaper, most times you can find a used set for really cheap.

And if need be, you can even transfer the baby swing to the swing set until s/he's old enough to use the big swing.

on the portch or but a swing pole that free stands. be careful and make sure it is secure

we have one on our deck.. or get a swing set and then when he/ she hgets older you have a swing for a bigger child
