My kids could eat peanut butter sandwiches and a fruit everyday but I would like some ideas about something else. Thanks.

  1. *Meat and cheese rollup (just plain or in a tortilla)

*Microwave a corn dog in the morning and wrap it in foil so it'll still be warm at lunchtime

    *Lunchables

    *Cold leftover pizza

    *Meat and cheese cubes

*Tuna fish in pita bread or on crackers

  2. I had to laugh when I first saw this post - I had the same situation when my kids where younger. My sons ate peanut butter EVER DAY until high school. They WILL be fine and still grow up big and strong. Try and not let it bother you - put you energy somewhere else.

  3. My mom used to switch it up with fried bologna and cheese sandwiches, pb&j, lunch meat, or crackers with cheese.  We shop two weeks at a time, and I always take the 6yo with me.  She picks out her lunch for the two weeks.  I have made the fried bologna and cheese (just put the bologna in the frying pan and right before it's done cooking, place the cheese on it and immediately remove.  I've used leftover meatloaf and chicken as well for her sandwiches.  I've made wraps (she likes turkey, cheese, spinach, red onion, pickle, and mayo).  They would eat lunch at 10:30am, so she always had two snacks plus one for the after noon (at snack time.  Two of the snacks are uber healthy (she likes apples and carrots for those two) and one not so healthy (a cookie, or a fruit snack, or sun chips, etc.)  She always picks out  her drink that morning before getting on the bus.  She gets juice (sugar free or crystal lite of some sort), water, or tea.  She usually chooses water.  If she wants milk, I put the quarters in the lunch box for her.  One thing she loved, that it sounds like your kids may like too, take an apple, cut the top off (set to the side) and cut out the core.  Stuff it with peanut butter (I've also put jelley or nuttella or banana in as well with PB) and put the top back on.  She talked about that snack all year.  When I did that she only got one snack for with her sandwich and her after noon snack.  That one is pretty filling and sometimes I do that as a meal for myself.  Hope I was able to provide some ideas  :-)
