I am looking to start an advertising / media campaign showing how our behaviour now - ozone layer, global warming, burning fossil fuels, deforestation, ocean dredging etc - will affect out children in 5 years, 10 years, 20+ years.....must be hard hitting and identifiable to mass audience, along the lines of the anti-smoking, speeding, and seatbelt TV ads.

  1. Yes, also check out www.TheGreenGuide.com from National Geographic and www.newdream.org they both have excellent resources.

  2. Suggestion one:  A poster with a picture of Al Gore's twenty room, eight bath mansion in Nashville Tennessee.  The caption would read; "let us take a vow to not exceed the size of our prophets humble abode. Suggestion number two: A poster showing a modern French nuclear plant with a caption reading.  "This plant puts zero pollution into the air. There is a tiny amount of radioactive waste.  Why are the democrats blocking new nuke plants in America?"

  3. I think you should sell the idea that going green will also make you money by creating new jobs and spending less on utilities, products... How about "MAKE GREEN & GO GREEN"

  4. Well since most of your concerns are fear mongering lies,

    Cant say I can help.

  5. Have the Lorax be your spokesperson.

  6. There are already several organizations running the exact campaign you are talking about.  Contact them to use their materials instead of trying to start your own thing
