I'd like them to be rustic and not too expensive. My colors are browns and gold, some burnt orange and i'd like to incorporate a hint of cranberry!

  1. At my cousin's wedding they bunched up fabric in this really creative way... Let's see, how do I describe it... Kind of like how you make a bow, have you ever made bows? And they bought those cheap little glittery sticks that you get with flowers and stuff and glued them in... It looked pretty good.

  2. For a fall wedding I love fall colored candles and clear vases and bowls filled with pinecones and fruits. red and green apples, oranges, and lemons are beautiful.

also check out freshroses.com for fall colored flowers. they are really cheap and they come a few days before the weddign so you dont have to refrigerate them.

  3. I like this idea, and you could DIY its a glass vase, come cranberries and they use carnations, but you can buywhat ever flowers in bulk or even use silk http://entertaining.about.com/od/flowers...

You could use brown table linen.

  4. If you're doing them yourself, I'd suggest getting a floating bowl from a craft store, fill will water and put some colored stones on the bottom.  Float a few floating candles and also some flower heads.  I used gerbera daisies and floating candles.  It was gorgeous!

You can do a few different colors on alternating tables or try and incorporate all of the colors in 1.

    Congratulations!!!!

  5. I have seen people use small hollowed out pumpkins and put fake fall colored leaves and other flowers that would fit for your colors.  I like the pumpkin idea it is very original and good for a november wedding since it is harvest time of year.  Here is a sample of what i mean.

You could also add some tree branches or p***y willows. They look rustic.

  7. Thanksgiving theme?!

  8. Pick up some galvanized buckets or just some pretty pots from the craft store.  Using a faux finish paint you can instantly rust them.  Wrap a wide brown velvet ribbon around them.  You could even add a cranberry colored square of paper where the ends meet with your mongram done in gold ink.

Next, head to the landscape supply or garden center.  Pick up a pot of mums or any flower in the right color for each table.  Plant them in the pots.

Then take some fresh cranberries.  i suppose if you can find silks ones that works too.  LIGHTLY dust them with some gold glitter then skewer them on bamboo sticks or clear plastic floral ones.  Randomly place them throughout the arrangement.

On the table place a few candles and scatter some more of the fresh cranberries.

At the end of the night let guests take home the plants as a favor for their yards, plant them in your own home, or donate them for a tax break.
