Any ideas for a 14th birthday party?

It's for boys & girls

It's this Friday, the 13th

I have 3 hourse to work with & am on a low budget.

Any help would be reallly appriecated.

It would be better if you were turning 13, but a superstitious/scary party. Make up ghost stories, scary pranks, watch friday the 13th, etc.

Music..... make sure to have a DIVERSE playlist with something that everyone will like. Also make sure to get some dancing songs... Twist and Shout, Jump On It, Cha Cha Slide.  Oh and congratulations on turning 14, I'm gonna turn 14 at the end of this month.

Rent some OLD black and white movies like Godzilla.  Serve popcorn and hotdogs and candy.  Sit around and make fun of the movie and make up your own dialogue.  Have you ever seen Mystery Theater 3000 where the aliens sit in the foreground making fun of the old sci-fi movies like "Day of the Triffids"?  Loads of fun.

Have the party outside in the yard.

Do relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, etc.

Set up a volleyball net and play badmitten and volleyball.

Water balloon fights

Get an inflatable kiddie pool and fill it with water, break into 2 teams and have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool!

You can set up an ice cream bar.  Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings.  Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries, and have everyone make their own sundaes.  You can go to the dollar store and get the tall plastic sundae glasses or the waffle cone bowls at the grocery store.

You can also do a bbq and do burgers and hot dogs with toppings and sides. Or you can do pizza if that's your favorite, or a taco bar with all the fixings if that's yoru favorite.  Have the food that you like and that's YOUR favorite!

You can also do a pinata, everyone loves candy and you can get one that you like and fill it with a ton of candy and have it there.

You can play Twister, Charades, Pictionary, and board games.
