  1. I see u r having baked potaotes for lunch but i was going to suggest serving twice (as in recycled) baked potaotes.  A twist on the word/ event type of thing.  use news paper for table cloths/ coverings.

  2. Make terrariums out of old large soda bottles (cut the bottom of the clear part off;  plant the colored bottom part & stick the clear top over that ......  Make candles by remelting the leftovers in other jar candles (don't forget to add new wicks) .....  I've seen miniature plastic "trash cans" at dollar stores or Big Lots.  You could serve chips or pretzels in them, or even roll the silverware up in napkins; tie with raffia and display those in the trashcans:)

  3. ~Use old jam jars with all labels cleaned off and add a few wild flowers and herbs from your garden or the school.

~Or alternatively use pot plants as center pieces

~Make party flags on brown string out of old newspaper or old maps.

~Use plates and cutlery that can be washed up and used again.

~Cut down on electricity and place lit candles everywhere. Use soy or beeswax candles, which, unlike petroleum-based paraffin candles, won't emit toxic, sooty fumes.

~For music why not anything by Green Day!

    Hope this helps!
