Any ideas for a fiesta themed graduation party?

what about serving enchilladas ,spanish rice maybe some tacos . buy some miniature sombreros to put on the tables as center pieces . or maybe a taco bar or something along those lines . good luck .

Of course no fiesta is complete without a traditional burro or Mexican star piñata! Dress up your tables with brightly colored table covers, and use tissue paper flowers or piñatas for the centerpieces. The brighter the better! Sombreros and maracas can also be scattered around the room as decorations.

Set up a 'taco bar'. Make up taco meat in a large crock pot.

Supply soft and hard taco shells, and tortilla chips. Fill bowls with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, slices olives, and chopped onions. Also serve Mexican rice in another crock pot. Fill a Sombrero Hat with chips, you can fill Margarita Glasses with salsa.
