Any ideas for a non-alcoholic, low-budget 24th birthday party?

My 24th b-day is coming up in two weeks, but I'm planning on doing something either next weekend or the weekend after. It will probably be 5-10 people. I live in Bothell, WA... but I'm up for any great ideas for things to do nearby (Seattle, Bellevue, etc). I was thinking of just having a simple party at my place... perhaps with a theme:

- little kid's party, with balloons and cake

- Black & White / Tux & Tiara

- some sort of themed pot luck

- 7 Deadly Sins dress up (got that from someone else's 24th b-day question)

As stated in the question, no alcohol. And I'm not big on clubs or anything.

I would do the small party at your house. Invite your friends hang out. Get some sparkiling apple cider to replace the "alcohol". It will be a hit. Also, the blabk & white party theme sounds interesting. Have Fun!!!

Theme Ideas:

- Victorian

- Your Tux and Tiara idea is pretty cool

- Fairy tale story (princes/knights and Princesses)

- Wacky dress up day

- Movie party (dress up as movie characters)

- Multi-national party + Potluck (Get ur guest to dress according to their selected country and bring a dish that best represent that country.)
