Any ideas for a sweet sixteen?

i'm having a big sweet sixteen party in a couple months, but i'm not really sure what to do and i have a relatively small budget. i'm renting out a hall for the night, and then a couple bands are playing. but i'm not sure what people can do for entertainment? also, what are some good themes for a party. any other ideas for anything else for my party would be great too
