i have to do a presentation with 2 other girls on this bacterial infection (for nursing) and we had the idea of a puppet show to make things interesting except now another group has done that so we want something original that will interact with the class and get high marks :)

Thanks!

  1. a skit

  2. Bow-chika- wow-wow ;)

  3. well, i opened this queston with other stuff in mind....lol sorry cant help you

  4. Now you will have to bear with me for a minute, and read through this idea a couple of times, and use your imagination and creativity to pull it off and have fun. You could bake a cake in the shape of a very large index finger, or a big toe (with the toenail) etc. ( Or cut it in the shape of one after you have baked it) Because these are places where a bacterial infection can grow. You and the other two girls will have fun getting together to bake and decorate it. and it's a fun and funny idea. You could use things like food coloring, colored sugars and different colors of frostings to show the infections. Vanilla pudding could be the puss, rice paper as the peeling skin etc. you get the idea.. Then after the presentation, you could offer up the cake to the class for a snack. just to see their reaction. PS You could also cut a ghastly looking cut into it, and fill it with strawberry or cherry pie filling. Pistaschio instant  pudding and pie filling powder is a "nasty infection" green color. (But it's very sweet, and tastes very good)! Like I said, Use your imagination, and have fun. You will learn more if you get into it. Hope this helps.

  5. **Try to give them a goody bag!**

(Put a red cross or nusing logo on a paper bag? Can your local Red Cross Donate bags to you or even little nick nacks?)

*Get items donated for your class, letting them know you are utilizing community resources to help educate about bacterial infection.

*Provide them with a thank you letter, and let them know the resources will be used for the purpose "x,y,z" (exaggerate & sound fancy)

*See if you can include items used to help aid a bacterial infection, or if there are steps in treating it-make a list or a magnet, or bookmark (make them on poster board-cheap!)

*Then bring balloons, and write things on them!

*All of this can be done for $10 or less...or $3.33 or less each!

    Good Luck! :)

  6. maybe you could tape a picture and definitions of the bacteria under some seats and not others or several types of bacterias to show they really have no bios, This way you have to ask the class to check and as you go threw whatever bacterias you are presenting you can do some refreshers in study explaining what they are how they form and how they are contracted.
