Any ideas for an outside 16th birthday party in winter. = S?

i would really prefer to have it outside because i think thats just what you gotta do. lol.

im hiring a jukebox. any other small details that could make it that one bit better?

  4. My friends' sweet 16 was AMAZING! Hers was in december, and it's cold where we live around dec.

    basically, we went outside, had a warm waterballoon fight (just fill room temp. water in teh balloons), sophomores/seniors vs. juniors.

    it was quite epic :) winners got to go indoors first while losers cleaned up, and the losers had to make the hot chocolate for the winners before they did for themselves XD

    after that we watched superbad and even if it wasn't the best it was still ok. you can rent comedy-types.

    then we went out side again...

    then we hung around dowtown and did silly things, ie have "hobo races" (shopping cart races in parking lots) and slurpee/big freezer contests. we ate at a fast food joint for dinner, went back to the friends house to change into clean clothes, and then we went to the local bowling alley for midnight bowling! which was from like 11:00 PM - 2 AM (:

    Then we came back to the friend's place and hung around in her basement, playing truth or dare, the 10 fingers game, etc.

    wow, it sorta sounds lame when i typed it. but it was AMAZINGLY FUN. <3

  5. heaters, lots of outside heaters.

    ask everyone you know if they have a patio heater you can borrow. its going to be cold in perth (where i am) this sat.

    a bubble machine is fun too
