Any ideas for appetizers? entrees?...?

i have a science project where i have to come up with a menu. any ideas for appetizers? entrees? desserts? drinks?

An easy one but a goodie. APPETIZER

Ingredients: flour tortillas, cream cheese, jalapenos, favorite spices.

Directions: Take a tortilla and spread some cream cheese evenly over one side. Cut-up the jalapenos into small strips and lay out all over the cream cheeze. Season as desired. Roll the tortilla up forming a tube. Cut tortilla into 2 inch pieces. Stick a tooth pick thru the pieces to make sure they don't come unrolled. ENJOY!

i come up with

baked mussels for appetizer

fillet mignon/ lengua estofada for entrees

eclaiir&cream puff for dessert

choice of red/ white wine

Appetizer Owens sausage fry it and break it up really good then add 16oz of cream cheese and serve with tortilla chips

Entrees Chicken Enchaladas Cook chicken breast cut in slices add onion Red or Green Bell Peppers or both sour cream and Picante sauce Dessert I would make some kind of cake mix you buy at the store and add a can of peaches or pineapples
