Any ideas for ballet motivation to shift weight??

I need to loss a few pounds for ballet... im getting serious about it and need more motivation that can curb my mid day cravings and usual succussful attempts to justify a chocolate fix... Help!

  1. Do a few push backs.


  2. if you really want to do dance then think about how much you want it before you eat food or put up a photo of you now on the fridge an wen you see that you wont eat!

  3. Always eat breakfast; small bowl of cereal, toast with a slice of cheese, toast with an egg, something with some protein and a bit of carbs to speed up your metabolism. Lunch; have a sandwich and a few crackers or some yogurt with a little cereal in it. Snack; carrot sticks with some ranch dip or some trail mix for your sweet tooth will help. Dinner; don't eat too late, protein and veggies are your best bet. Stay away from carbs at night. What ever you do, make sure you do not skip meals no matter what. It only slows the weight loss process down. Crash diets are a no-no. Just eat healthy and get on the treadmill a few times a week (fast walking is all you need) to help burn off a few extra pounds. I know, I've been there.

  5. Im going through the same thing! I usually chew gum alot to help with cravings. Also, drink a tall glass of water before every meal!

  6. lol...aww. Hmmm i constantly suck on crushd ice!!! IT hlps..and eat a few carrot sticks..ditch the ranch or w/e tho....good luck!
