webkinz figures, rubber ducks, stuffed animals, bottles of Dr.Pepper, McDonald's Toys, Tape Dispensers, Pens, A bag of party favors, anything little and semi-heavy

it depends on what kinda party birthday just use a brick or something heavy wrapped in nive paper but like a bachloer party use beer bottles umm just go with what kind of party it is you know if not let your fingers do the owrk and just type it in in google or yahoo and you should be able to find a few ideas  hope this helps

Well I just get a little loot bag, fill it with sand (or something that can weight it down), and tie the balloon to the handles. You can even add a lot of balloons to one bag if the handles are nice and big. Hope this helps!
