Any ideas for binder decoration and locker decoration?

Any ideas 4 decorating binders and lockers? I have probly what ud call a lil less than half of a person sized locker. Any cheap decorating ideas? I need a cheap way to make a mirror using stuff i have at my house if possible. Id like to put the mirror on my binder which has a plastic covering u can slip paper in on it. any ideas? also id like a way to put removable memos/notes on it with out using stinky dry erase markers. also any suggestions of magazines &their sites that i can subscribe to to get pics of christian bands? Thanks!
