  1. Soup cans.  You can almost find the easiest, cheapest and good ideas on the back of soup cans like cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, etc.  At the commissary you can buy bags of chicken breast for like $9 and they have about 8 in there, if you cut them in half and follow some of the recipes, you can have a million ideas and it goes a long way.  Also go to http://www.campbellkitchen.com/ to get more.   Trust me, three teenage boys almost ate me out of house and home, I literally worked full time just to feed them.

  2. Rice and Beans, stir fry (buy the frozen stir fry blend), soup, grilled cheese

  3. I lived off pizza for ages

  4. What I love and is very cheep, is what my mom called it was "**** on a cloud" You can use chipped beef or hamburger.

    Potatoes  5Lbs.

    Hamburger  2lbs.

Corn in a can (not cream corn)

pinch of garlic (in potatoes or gravy mix, whatever!)

    pepper to taste

    salt to taste

    milk

    butter

2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup

I dont have the exact recipe because I LOVE my potatoes so I compensate the potatoes and then add a lot of the rest of it! What you do is Peel about 5 lbs. potatoes and cut them in 4's, Then put them in a large pan and let boil until soft or mushy. Strain potatoes and return into large pan. Brown hamburger or chipped beef (roughly 2 pounds). Strain hamburger/ chipped beef. Add Cream of mushroom soup into hamburger and about 1/4th of a cup of milk. Cook until it's a creamy think texture.  Now for the potatoes, put two table spoons of butter in there with about 1/3rd of a cup of milk or how ever you like them thick or creamy, and then add pepper and salt to taste! Time to mash them taters! Warm up your corn either in the microwave or on the stove top and serve in whatever order you want!

  5. other than what you mentioned, you can have soup, bread, or if fish is cheap in your area, that too. don't eat fast food. it's not very healthy and non-filling. try buying a recipe book for cheap meals

  6. Potatoes are good you can used them as anything :-

    Chips

    Jacket Potatoe

    Mash

    Roasters

    Also eggs are good too-

    Scrambelled

    Puch

    Boiled

    Omelette

    Beans, peas, fishfingers etc

    Hope this as helped!!! xx
