  1.         Rig some small ramp so that the weight of your front wheel will actuate the latch -- and a spring to open the gate.   It will only have to move about an inch -- you  will still have to close the gate by hand after parking.

As for leaving the yard  ---- I dont know how to make the gate close behind you!  Driving in, you could mount a rope on a pole to close the gate behind you.   Is there a way to mount a rope on a pole outside of the gate ?  One that U could operate from the saddle?

  2. Meet a welder and have him make you one for free

  3. Ok so from what i hear its like a wall, or fence with a gate, so get a big mound of dirt and make a dirt ramp on the fence or wall.

  4. put a big swinging doggy door in the gate and you can just ride on thru

  5. Just leave it open. lol

  6. they call it a ramp.  See Evel Kneivel for some tips on how to use it.

  7. it depends on what kinda fence it is... if it's a sliding fence, you could easily rig up a rope/pulley system to open and close it....

if it's like a swing-type gate, a pulley system would be a little bit harder to rig, but it's possible....

you could it for either kind of fence for about 10 bucks worth the rope and 10 bucks worth the simple pulleys you'll find at a hardware store.

  8. Simply tell your butler or the maid what time you will be coming come and they will open the gate for you. That's what us Brits would do if were were too lazy to get off our bikes and open a gate like most reasonable people.

  9. ride uo to it and say

    ''Open sesami"

  10. crash through it...... OK if you want me to start engineering and thinking.

Does the door open in, or out?
