Any ideas for healthy low carb meals.

Im going on a diet so I need ideas.

I travel a lot so I dont really have time to cook, except in the microwave

  1. You could do the obvious and eat Veggies and all that good jazz. Then once you reach your prefable wieght just eat what the amount on the boxes/cups/containers say and then you should keep the wieght off! (Don't forget to work out when you can or else it won't help too much!)


  2. just make some while at home and freeze them for later when you are on the go. Or get snacks like low carb meal bars or low carb shakes etc.. You can get some from a site like

  5. 1-Grilled or baked or broiled chicken.

    Steamed broccoli

    spinach salad

    fresh cherries

    2-fish of your choice

    Tomato and mozzarella salad

    Summer squash

    Half a fresh mango

    3-Eggs scrambled with onions ,green peppers and cheese.

    an orange

    4-Chief salad- with cheese, ham, turkey and an egg.Fresh pear or apple

    You can get most of these or similar foods in restaurants.Just travel with some fresh fruit or buy it when you get to your destination.
