Any ideas for how to improve foot arch or foot flexibility?

  1. not sure the exact question, but stretching of the achilies and calf can improve foot health.


  2. If you use a rubber band (you can find them in a dance magazine), and stretch with it every night, you will have an arch in no time.

  4. therabands work wonders. use them when ever you can and you will have a great arch in no time.

  5. therabands are really good for stretching and strengthening the foot (you can buy them at any dance store) also pointing your feet when ever you get the chance (ex. when your at school sitting at your desk... , or when your watching TV or even when your in bed... point those feet!) work hard and don't give up!!

    and hope you get your pointe shoes soon!!!
