Any ideas for my GCSE final art project?

Question

so I have to produce a sketchbook on a particular idea, with drawings, photographs, research etc.

the theme is 'a matter of fact', but of course this can be interpreted in a number of ways and could probably cover just about anything...

I took some good photos of the london eye today and am depserately trying to think of how I can relate this to the topic?

what about if you recreated some of your photos of the 'eye' usings reprinted facts about London's history, or the industrial revolution. You could maybe do a collage or 3d sculpture based around this theme - just a thought. Good luck

Suggest the eye is a window upon your favourite - sculptor, painter, type of art etc.

Don't be lured into thinking that everything artistic is in London or Paris etc.,

I would pick Gormley, but that is only my taste.

Accessability may be a major factor for you.

You may wish to consider the word 'fact' as a harsh truth that you can represent artistically, such as homelessness in an otherwise happy area, or a former beauty spot now ruined by neglect or vandalism.
