  1. oh i love  taking eggs and scrambling them with whole wheat toast

    or

    fresh berries in a parfait with vanilla yogurt

    or

    toast and tuna from the can in water drained

    or

    baked potato with cheese on top

    or

    air popped popcorn

    or

    steamed broccoli and cauliflower and roasted garlic and olive oil on top mixed in together

    spinach or sun dried tomato wraps filled with fat free butterball turkey breast some cheese and tomato and lettuce sandwich

    or

    pita with roasted peppers onions and some cheese low fat on top


  2. this takes 5 mins cook pasta (4 mins quick cook)

    sautte red onion peppers mushrooms courgettes

    add paprika worster sauce salt and peper add to cooked pasta on heat add passata,tabasco sauce crused garlic

    and stir until heated through

    have with salad halloumi or mozzerela cheese and garlic bread or chuck in a chicken breast if you have a little more time good luck xxxxx

  3. Stir fry is a good option.  Use good olive oil, chicken (cut into very thin strips), after you have cooked the chicken add whatever chopped up veggies you like.  Stir it up, add a couple tablespoons of water, put a lid on and let it steam for a couple of minutes.  Remove the lid and you can serve as is or add some soy sauce, ginger, or garlic.

    Serve with rice.

  4. Ugh. Tough one. The fastest i can think of is salad and maybe a little of sausage ?
