Any ideas for sisters gift?

My sister's birthday is coming up and I want to give her a gift but I am not sure what to give her. My birthday was this past weekend and she got me a sister snowglobe with my birthday engraved on it. We have gone through some tryign years with family problems and stuff like that and we have got very close over the past year or two so her gift to me was very special. I want to give her someting that is equally as sentimental that she can have from me. Does anyone have any ideas?

For her last birthday, I got my sister a shoulder mounted ground to air missile.

Luckily they had one on pink.
