    The type of bar / club that you are managing.

    Also your experience in the feild

All depends on the pub/hotel, if it belongs to the brewery or is independent, level of trade, area etc.  In my experience, the pub trade is not the best paid of jobs for the amount of hours/stress/blood and tears that goes into the running of it.  I know some pub landlords who only receive about £10k pa for their troubles!!  Do some research before agreeing to take it on, get a good accountant to look at the annual accounts and may be worth hiring a stock taker to do a detailed mark up on the last 6 months trading.  Hope this helps

  3. Depends if they own the pub/hotel or not. If they are employed by the owner, then not much. Average is around 12-14k per year. There is no definitive answer for owners, as their salary is solely based on the profits.
