If you cant afford diamonds, take her for a weekend trip to Euro Disney. And give her a surprise party and make invites that direct people to her favourite shop where you have a gift list made.

get her a caricature from caricatureking.com - you can ask that she be made to look like a rockster, a beauty queen etc which ever matches her personality best

Does she drive? Car accesories always work well, got some real cool stuff out now....  Wot bout perfume, but find out her fave's first?  If all else fails try jewelry, chocs or cash ( not vouchers tho, i hate gettin vouchers, bein restricted to one shop is my biggest hate bare) lol
