Any ideas of a schedule of a strict womens basketball diet?

I need a strict womens basketball diet to loose about 10 or 15 pounds any suggestions?

  1. I'm trying to get in shape for our basketball season and I have been running at least 1-2 miles a day and no more than 1200 calories. Also drink A LOT of water! Try cutting out all soda. I've limited myself to like 1 a day. I need to stop period, but eat lots of protein too. Well I hope I helped =]


  2. if ur playing b ball then u probly need high protein...it will help u gain muscle which might make you gain pounds, but get skinnier--muscle weighs more than fat tissue...

    well it sounds like u wnt to lose da weight fast... n dats not good cuz youlll gain it rite back.... so i suggest go get a bball trainer...

    velocity sports is a good traing facility n its partners with the nike sparx traing program.... the 1st session is free... it really works trust me u neva had a work out til u go there....

    google it then find a facility in ur state thats closest to u
