Hey there, I actually used my middle name for my daughter so it would have special meaning. Maybe you could use yours or your moms or anyone in your family whose memory you want to pass on? We also did this with my son so that made it even more special. Good luck! =)

Kegan is very boyish sounding next to Lena. I would think a twin named Kegan would feel as though she got the short end of the stick on that one.

Teagan is nicer, and well still a bit boyish sounding, at least I have seen it on girls. I know 3 little boys named Keegan. A good friend of mine has a Keegan Riley.

Lena is beautiful though.
