not trying to be mean, this is just a way to improve your appearance, wax your arms, and we would really be able to give you better info if you were lokking at the camera because i can't tell if your face is that way because of your eyes, ir if it is always like that, and last thing is you probably shouldn't have like a blonde thing going on the inside of your hair, i don't find that attractive in girls

Try a new haircut. Shorter cuts are in this fall. A shorter cut with a side part will do wonders in itself. Then either play up your lips or your eyes with a new color. Purples allow brown eyes to stand out better.

your hair style is cute.  maybe cut your bangs just a little shorter so they go sideways better.  curl the sides of your hair with a fat curling iron.  curl them in a little.  if you're bold enough, get highlights.

I think you should try getting side bangs for your hair and maybe getting a little more sleep! You have the start of some dark circles under your eyes... As for makeup, you should try a mattifying powder (I recommend Urban Decay's, which you can buy at Sephora), eyeliner, and maybe some mascara on your top lashes. You are really pretty, so these are just suggestions to bring out what's already there :)

I think you'd look pretty with thicker hair. Thin, flat hair makes

your face look bigger, no offence. Other than that, I would not
