I have a music cd. I would like to do a snack, read a book ( I don't have any titles ) and also a craft. Can you help with this one?

  1. You might look up Pakistan on Wikipedia....it has lots of info on holidays, culture, etc. The architecture in some regions is spectacular and traditional dress/costumes are interesting for kids. Saris for girls are easy(just a length of colorful fabric....you'll have to read about guys(headdresses, maybe).

"The Greedy Monkey" is a Pakistani childrens fable but there are good and bad versions so be careful....Good Luck!

  2. WOW! Do crafts! They love crafts! I teach 5th though so Its hard to imagine your job. Good luck!

  3. WHY? the preschoolers have no 1st hand knowledge what Pakistan is (unless they have a kid in the class from that country). And anything else can risk being a stereotype tourist view of that country. Just play the CD and enjoy! Put it in an area were kids can move to it if they wish during playtime. Craft idea, just put out creape paper streamers to glue to popscicle sticks to make their own streamers to take to the dance floor. Let those kids do their own ideas and work!!
