I'm 13 and I'm really into acting, I've been in 3 musicals so far and I took drama last year at school. They dropped drama this year, and I still want to improve my acting. This is my dream and could use some advice. Thanks!!

  1. No one ensures you success (only scammers!). First, make yourself clear if you want a JOB or an ACTIVITY that will make you happy. If you want to be "famous" (means being professional to you), and then make money, you should differentiate that being notorious is not necesary being talented, or, even worse, will make you compromise many ethical things that you might not like to do or act in plays that you dont really like. Be professional, not famous. Make what will nurture you. Best of luck.

  2. You should enter this dream job contest, be a Disney actor for a day maybe, that is if you win.

  3. You definately aren't ready for Disney. Sorry honey.

But get some more experience by doing theatre in your community. That looks really good on a resume. There are thousands of children's theatres across the country, so there is sure to be something near you.

Community or junior colleges usually have shows with open auditions and those are really great learning experiences because you will be working will college actors and teachers.
