Any ideas on how to get plumper, fuller lips??

I happen to have incredibly thin lips, and I really would love to have really plump lips without plastic surgery or anything thats too expensive... any ideas??

a magazine a while ago)

exfoliate your lips with a

toothbrush or washcloth,

apply a chapstick or other

plain 'healing' lip balm so

your lips aren't chapped at

all, then use a plumping

lip gloss.

the sephora book recommends

du w*p lip venom. it, like, does

something that irritates your lip

i think.

There is this really neat lip plumper called lip venom its normally around 15 bucks and works really well you can get it at this website
