Any ideas on how to make money in baseball working full time year round?

you would probably have to become a college coach to make a full-time income just from baseball. High school coaches make some money, but they are usually teachers who get a paid a bit extra for coaching, they don't make enough from coaching to live off of.

Other options would be to work at a retail store that sells baseball equipment, or work at a training facility with batting cages and indoor practice areas.
