Any ideas on how to volunteer for animals or parks?

i live in new york city and i want to volunteer, but im 14. it could be for animal shelters (pups) parks, or whateverr.~!! xoxo

Pick up the litter in the parks. That would probably be as much as you could do in those. Call your local animal shelter and ask them how old you must be to volunteer.

Check out the Humane Society.  They need people to walk and play with the dogs, and kids your age can do it.  I'm sure you need parental consent (and transportation), but it's a start.  :)
