Any ideas on makeup??

i usually only wear navy blue eyeliner.

i have no makeup in that picture.

i would keep doing the navy eyeliner, and get some silver and some blue eye shadow. plus maybe a dark pink to make your lips stand out a little, cuz you have really pretty lips, you should make them stand out a little more

um...that whole navy blue thing sounds cute. how about a light shadow on the eyes...like a light blue or something. And a glossy lip.

Hmm.. Have you tried green eye shadow? My best friend is dark skinned and she looks soooooooo pretty with green eye makup and black eyeliner.. your very pretty and don't need anything else I think!

i would wear some gold eyeshadow and eyeliner.. the light eye colors will look really good on you and it will bring out your eyes!

put a bright colour eyeshadow on your eyes.. it'd stand out and suit you.

Have you thought of adding some shimmer?  

I think you should switch to black eyeliner with black mascara, then get a white shimmer eyeshadow (to apply lightly.)
