Any ideas on recycling used binders?

Question

we have a TON of used binders piling up in our house. Seeing as I do not want to just throw them out and add to the junk accumlating in land fills- does anyone have any ideas on how to recycle these binders? And I mean recycling in the sense that I get rid of them- I already know how to reuse them at home, now i am looking for some place/organization that can use them.

I am a Preschool Teacher but I presently have plenty.  Have you checked with your local early elementary school?  Most Pre-K and Kindergarten programs offer an end of year binder filled with memories for each student to take home.  Your offer would save those families a bundle!

If you are getting rid of the binders please let us know!  We are wanting to do more notebooking in our home school and get our magazines organized.

my teacher says there are programs which you can find inteh phone book under environment and stuff- anyway, you can email or call them and they tell you what to do with it.

i called them about lipstick tubes and they told me where to dump em
